Regal Box Outlet aim to help accommodate people’s needs of buying readymade packaging boxes in various sizes without a minimum order, which means you can purchase a minimum of one box any time at our online/offline outlet.
As for custom made box, we do have a minimum order that you have to meet as this is the requirement needed in the production process. Usually, the MOQ needed are 50 pieces and above. However, the MOQ and price can varies depending on the size of the box.

We deliver throughout Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia. Delivery is RM30 per trip for Peninsular destinations (except Langkawi & Pangkor). If you’re living nearby, the purchased products will be sent to you by us with a very minimum charges. We will then return the balance of the delivery charges accordingly.
We take payment using the following options:
a) Fund transfer (local banks/proof of payment is needed)
b) Cheque (cleared funds before shipping of order)
c) Cash (collected orders only)
You should received an email with details of your order together with instruction to make payment to Regal Box Outlet bank account and to send us the proof of payment. We will processed your order as soon as we received your proof of payment. The cut off time for orders to be processed for next day delivery is 1pm Monday to Friday. Orders received by us after 1pm will be processed on the next working day. Where orders are received on weekends, they will be processed on the next working day. Your purchased product are shipped by a third party courier usually Keretapi Tanah Melayu Distribution (KTMD). In the unlikely event that you do not received your purchased products when expected, please contact us between 9am and 6pm (Monday to Friday) at 010-826 6982 or 016-410 6982 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your invoice is normally despatched with your goods. In the unlikely event that you do not receive an invoice with your goods, please contact us and we will immediately provide a replacement.
Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. However, if you order the wrong item or are not completely satisfied with the items you receive or simply want to return your goods, you must arrange for them to be returned to us; provided they are received by us in good condition (i.e the same condition when you received the goods). We will refund the cost of the goods in full, less the postage costs incurred. If any goods are damage and faulty when you receive them, we will arrange for replacement or refunded but you must notify us within 2 days of receipt; otherwise no claims will be entertained. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded and/or not charged.

We receive many emails from our customers everyday however we tried hard to reply each one as they arrive. Sometimes it takes a little longer if we are really busy, but in most cases you will receive a response the same day. We will always respond to your email within a maximum of 1 working day even if it is only to acknowledge your email and advise you that we are still dealing with your enquiry or query.
